The outdoor exhibit shed has fallen into disrepair. We need to remove the historic collection objects before further roof damage puts them at risk.

Volunteers are invited to help clean up the exhibit space so we can assess the conditions of the objects and decide how best to preserve them. We need help with leaf and litter removal, taking down objects mounted on walls and ceilings, and laying them out so we can plan for better preservation and display.

We're also seeking community knowledge from people who remember where some of these objects came from. If you were here in the '70s, or you've heard a story about one of these pieces, please share it with us! Stories add real value to our historic collection, and they help us prioritize preservation for the items that matter most to Cascade Locks history.
